Registered voters should have already received their ballot packets in the mail for Hawaii’s vote-by-mail election. The packet will contain a ballot for the Nov. 3 general election, a ballot secrecy sleeve, voting instructions and a postage-paid return ballot envelope for mailing via the U.S. Postal Service. If you didn’t receive a ballot in the mail, check your voter registration status at elections.hawaii.gov and/or contact your County Elections Division for a replacement.
